Police arrested a 34-year-old man after a video of him burning the national flag went viral.
The man identified as one Prabhu, who hails from Kumbakkonam, said in the video that he was burning the flag because he was upset as Centre failed to constitute the Cauvery Management Board. He even raised anti-Modi and anti-EPS slogans.
He has been working as a art teacher in a school in Kumbakkonam.
Police is now inquiring into the specifics of who shot the video, where it was shot etc.
